About Pay Weekly Comfort In-House Credit

We Don't Need FCA Authorisation To Offer Our Customers Finance

It is a common misconception that a company are required to be authorised by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and have a Consumer Credit Licence to offer their customers finance or credit. The legislation was changed in 2015 so that as long as you meet the following criteria it isn’t required.

Number of Instalments

We can offer repayments over a maximum of 12 months, with either 12 monthly instalments or 52 weekly instalments.

 

Agreement Type

Our primary business purpose is not to sell financial services.

 

Fixed Amount 

The agreement must be for a fixed amount.

 

No Interest or Charges 

We do not charge our customers Interest or Admin Charges.
